【解凍方法】
①サクを水できれいに洗い、切り粉を落とします
②ポリ袋に入れ、容器に入れ流水に10分ほど浸します
③袋から取り出し、中心に芯が残りしなるくらいの固さになったら取り出す
＊刺身にする場合は、この時に切ると切りやすくおすすめです
④食べごろまで冷蔵庫で解凍しお召し上がりください
